Buying A Business and How You Can Benefit Even If You Don’t Buy a Business”.

Ok. I am going to tell you how to make money and about new software available but I am not telling you to buy it unless you want to go in business as a rep. I am a rep for this company. (Note after I wrote this I discontinued as being a rep for this guy. However I still can do what this report states can be done to help you. But I am on my own now doing it.).  
 
 
 
But, first let me tell you why business’s fail. I am not talking about business you or I built from nothing. I am talking about one that you might buy. There is nothing probably better than buying a growing business. But no one, not lawyers, brokers, accountants or banks know how much you should pay for them.  
 
 
 
Let me tell you how you should go about buying such a going business. This business should pay you a salary. You have to live from this business. And don’t forget that. Then you should have enough to pay the debt each month. And finally, you should get a return on any amount you invest in the business.  
 
 
 
These are three things that you should never forget, once again in buying a business it should:  
 
 
 
Pay you a Salary  
Service the debt monthly  
Give you a return on any money you invest.  
 
 
There is a program you can use the do this for you. All you need is three years of business returns for the business you are going to buy. You have to know the years of the loan and the rates. That is all. The program does the calculations for you.  
 
 
 
You can also learn to do this with a business calculation. Although the book that shows you how to do this with a calculator is now out of print.  
 
 
 
The program that I got in 1998 only works with dos, the inventor Ted See does not have the program language, and the programmer does not have the source code either.  
 
 
 
And no one uses dos anymore, so Ted See created a program that you can work from your computer. It is a costly affair. You have to pay $500.00 each year.  
 
 
 
The truth is only brokers, accountants, lawyers and bankers should have it because they are in the loan and finding business work. And they can afford this type of expense and should do so for their clients. They should want their clients to succeed.

I charge $300.00 for this service. The money they save in paying and being able to support buying the business should be worth 10 times what I charge. But if you send some to me and if I am paid, you get 50%, of that $300.00. That is $150 for you and $150 for me.  
 
 
 
Don’t say I didn’t try to help you make money. I only want what is best for you. And you are getting 50%. What can be better, and I do all the work.
